A dated plan tells you when you fell behind; a chapter list only tells you how far you have come. Missed a week? Nothing here turns red — you pick up at the next unticked chapter. How many chapters are in the Bible?

1,189 in the Protestant canon: 929 in the Old Testament and 260 in the New. The tracker lists every one of them, book by book, in canonical order.

Where is my progress saved?

Only in this browser on this device. Nothing is sent to us and there is no account. Clearing your browser's site data, or opening the page in a private window, starts a fresh list — print the checklist if you want a copy that cannot be lost.

Does it matter what order I read in?

No. Tick chapters in whatever order you read them — straight through, a plan, or a chapter here and there. The tracker only counts what is done.

Can I print a blank checklist?
