A Prayer for the Night
A short prayer for the end of the day, whether it went well or badly.
Lord, the day is done, whatever it was.
Thank you for what was good in it, and I leave the rest with you.
Watch over the people I love while we sleep.
Let me rest without needing to have finished everything.
Amen.
